Both my fridge and back up fridge died. They not only got me an awesome Whirlpool fridge for a great price, they delivered it, and took away the two broken ones quickly so I wasn't without a fridge. I was silly and forgot to clean out my back up fridge and they helped me get all my stuff back. These guys are amazing!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful quality and service.

Just purchased a couple of appliances. Another great experience with Pocatello Electric. Sales, delivery and install were exceptional. Even with supply chain issues, they were able to get what we were looking for. Nice to see they are carrying on Mikes tradition of above and beyond customer service.

I bought a washer and dryer from them over 5 years ago. Still works great. In November, my mom's dryer quit working. I took her to Pocatello Electric and we found the perfect dryer that was in our price range. The staff was so friendly and prompt. They told her that they would deliver to her house.
